What comes with the STEWARD system installed in my home?

Each home in Sterling Ranch comes with a base STEWARD system that includes a DSC security system, one connected light switch, a connected thermostat, a Rachio irrigation controller, utility monitoring, and a community connection portal. Depending on your home builder and what packages you purchased during the build process, you may have additional devices included in your STEWARD system when you move in.
