STEWARD is frozen or gives an error message on my personal device

If you’ve downloaded the STEWARD app on to one of your personal devices, and it’s not working properly, we can help.

The first thing to try is to completely close/swipe out of the app and reopen it. If STEWARD is still frozen or shows an error message, let’s dig a little deeper:
