My Internet is Slow

Often, a simple reset, or ‘power cycle’, of the CenturyLink modem will get things back to full speed.
- Locate your CenturyLink modem
- Unplug your modem, wait 10 seconds, then re-plug your modem
- Wait for the modem to finish booting back up then re-check your internet connection
