Every home at Sterling Ranch is equipped with a standard SMART home technology system. And upgrades can easily be added if you want to make your home the smartest on the block.

The Standard STEWARD System includes*:

• 1 STEWARD tablet for in-home use of your SMART home technology, plus access to the STEWARD app so you can control your smart home devices on the go, from anywhere
• A smart thermostat you can monitor from anywhere through the STEWARD app to control your home’s heating and cooling systems
• Partial home automated lighting so you can check and turn your lights on and off remotely
• Integration with the Rachio Irrigation Controller so you can water your lawn more efficiently, while saving money, and the environment
• Integration with a DSC home security system which can be monitored and controlled through your STEWARD in-home tablet or app
