Looks like everything is ok when we are close to the router, let’s run some speed tests in locations further away from the router.
- If your speeds decrease again further away from the router, you likely need another wireless access point. We can help. Open a support ticket and a Lumiere technician will guide you out of your wireless woes.
- If you have added the recommended wireless access points but your internet continues to drop seemingly at random, contact CenturyLink ON support.
