    Go to your CenturyLink modem in your basement or garage and make sure the ethernet cable you are trying to use is plugged in.

    If everything is plugged in and you still can’t connect to the Internet, try

    1. Power cycling your router again, and
    2. Plugging your ethernet cable into another device, if possible

    If you still can’t connect to the Internet, turn wireless/WiFi back on, and try again.

    If your wireless connection works, try plugging your ethernet cable into a different port on the router, then try again.

    If neither your hardwired or wireless Internet connections are working, let’s troubleshoot your Internet connection.
