Some speed tests max out at lower speeds than you can actually get at Sterling Ranch. Try running a speed test at speedtest.net or centurylink.com:

Still slow?

Check to make sure you are actually hardwired by making sure your device’s wifi connection is completely turned off and then attempting to run the speed test again.
