    1. Let’s start by connecting your tablet to ethernet instead of WiFi (go to settings, turn wifi off, and make sure ethernet is turned on) Still not connecting?
    2. Make sure other devices are receiving internet (if not, link to internet not working) Internet working on other devices?
    3. Next, check to make sure the ethernet cable is securely plugged into the back of the tablet. Ethernet cable all secure?
    4. Find your STEWARD panel (likely in your basement or garage) and make sure everything appears to be plugged in.
    5. Still not working? Darn. Let’s open a trouble ticket so we can come take a closer look.
