No, Internet is not working on any connected devices
Let’s try logging on to your CenturyLink account at centurylink.com/on:
- Use the CenturyLink ID and Password you created when first activating your internet (note: this may be different than the wifi name and password you use to connect to wifi)
- Once logged in, check for any errors listed on your account. Follow the on-screen prompts to resolve them, and try again
- If there are no errors listed you’ll need to call the CenturyLink ON Helpline at 866-872-0238
- Make sure to record your help ticket number from CenturyLink

- Don’t remember signing up for Internet service upon move-in?
- Check your credit card statement to see if you are being billed by CenturyLink
- If you have not activated your Internet yet, follow the steps in this guide
