Using a different email address will cause issues with your set up.

• This is the same email address you were given for your STEWARD and Rachio devices (example: 1121taylorrivercircle@lumiere-home.net)
• This email address is typically provided in the blue technology folder provided during your closing walkthrough
• Example: 1121taylorrivercircle@lumiere-home.net

Copper Labs will send a pin to that email account. Once you enter your Sterling Ranch technology email address, click Retrieve Pin below for instructions on how to retrieve your pin.
