What happens when my free support period expires?
After your free support period expires, you will still have access to all of the Sterling Ranch provided troubleshooting steps at https://Lumiere.Technology/help/, and no matter how long you have owned your house, you can reach out to us at: https://Lumiere.technology/open-a-ticket/. However, depending on your issue, remote or in-person troubleshooting by one of our technicians may be subject to a fee or subscription to our Technology Support service. We will always inform you of any potential fees before performing any work.
